We offer third-party financing through Care Credit and Cherry and provide immediate estimates after consultation appointments. Pre-treatment estimates are sent to insurance for accurate cost assessments, and all claims and estimates are filed electronically. Cash pay patients receive a 5% discount, and there are no current policies on copays or deductibles. Our front desk staff is trained to handle disputes and errors, with the office manager stepping in if necessary. There are no hidden fees, with all costs, including post-ops and checks, included in the treatment cost. Pre-authorizations are sent electronically and typically take 4-6 weeks, after which we contact patients to review.
